We do not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection. Please ensure that the item you choose is suitable before placing your order.
If a return is required for reasons not related to our error, the buyer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
The original shipping fee typically ranges from $8–$20, depending on the product’s weight and dimensions.
Return shipping costs will also be borne by the buyer and deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping fees and any service fees are non-refundable.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot resell items once they have left our shop. This helps prevent any potential risk of contamination, so all sales are final unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Insurance does not cover stolen packages, so please make sure your packages can be delivered to a safe location.
In order for me to process a refund or exchange for your damaged package/product(s), I will need photos of the damage, which must include the shipping label with tracking number. In some circumstances, the post office requires the box and packing materials to be brought to your local post office to process a claim. Do not discard boxes, packing materials, or products until you have been advised to do so.
I will reach out on your behalf to the shipping company to file a claim and/or locate a missing package. These processes differ based on the shipping company. Depending on your specific issue, it may take 1-2 weeks for a replacement or refund to be issued.
Refunds
Obviously if there is a mistake on my end, then I will make it right! Otherwise, I do not offer refunds at this time.
Refunds will be made to the payment method made unless you request it as a store credit instead.
