Thank you for visiting and shopping at ENjoycePicks. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time Notice
Standard Processing Times: Our typical order processing time is 5-7 business days, excluding weekends, as our warehouse is closed on these days. Specific product’s descriptions note they may have additional time required for fulfillment due to custom or made to order. Normally items ship within 7-14 business days due to stock status and as some items are custom made to order and require additional time.

If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is correct. If we don’t hear back from you within 72 hours, our system will automatically cancel and credit you back for the item if we do not replace it.

If you are needing an expedited shipment , please reach out to us to see if we can accommodate that for you! We strive to make everything possible!

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Standard shipping takes 10-20 days to be processed and delivered. Orders will not be shipped out or delivered on weekends and holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
ENjoycePicks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
ENjoycePicks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping at an additional cost.
Please note that customs duties and taxes are NOT included.
